The VBC water heating battery is engineered to warm ventilation air within circular duct systems, leveraging hot water as its energy medium.

Construction: This unit boasts a robust Zinc Magnesium-coated sheet steel (ZM 310) casing. Inside, you'll find a coil with copper pipes and aluminum fins, along with robust pipe connections. An easily removable access panel simplifies inspection and cleaning. Its duct connections are equipped with rubber gaskets, ensuring it meets the stringent air tightness class D (EN 15727).

Installation Flexibility: The VBC can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical duct, accommodating airflow in any direction. It's designed for seamless integration into standard spiral ducting, secured with screws. In locations prone to freezing, it's crucial to install a frost protection device with a sensor to safeguard the unit. Always ensure the removable access panel remains accessible for future cleaning.

Performance: This heater handles a maximum operating temperature of 150 °C and a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa (10 Bar). All coils undergo rigorous pressurization and leak-testing.
