A well featured 12000 BTU window air conditioner, with multi speed fan, various modes including auto, cooling, fan, sleep and dry. In common with equivalent units the target temperature can be preset using the control panel and the unit operates automatically to meet and maintain the target temperature. The functions can also be set using the remote control. In common with all other window style air conditioning units, the maximum wall thickness that it can be installed in, is about 8" - 9"
