Trotec TTR 250ex 180 m3/hr ATEX Desiccant Dryer

The adsorption air dehumidifiers in the TTR Series are ideal where a low level of relative humidity is absolutely necessary for industrial processes and preventative maintenance or where dry ambient air is imperative for the storage and transport of moisture-sensitive goods and raw materials. Adsorption based dehumidifiers achieve far lower dew points than ones based on refrigerant systems and ensure a high dehumidification performance even when at low air and component temperatures.
The dehumidifiers in the TTR Series come equipped from the factory with a self-controlling electrical regeneration air heating consisting of thermistor elements (PTC), whose performance capacity depends on the air intake temperature and the regeneration air volume. The advantage of this solution lies for one in an optimal performance matching and in the fact that overheating is not possible, making a safety thermostat ­superfluous. The dehumidifiers are standard-equipped with integrated heat recycling and can be operated with an optionally available switch hygrostat to regulate the relative humidity.
The TTR 250Ex is certified to be compliant with the ATEX 94/9/EG product guidelines and has been developed for dehumidification in areas where there is a risk of explosion
